Most people have tried to lose weight by following the latest diet craze only to regain the weight. I have seen in my 30 years of work that strict dieting cannot be maintained for most people beyond a couple of weeks, let alone a lifetime. I like to use a combination of nutrition counseling along with wellness coaching to help my clients approach weight loss in a more holistic manner.

I will take a deep dive into your eating habits and lifestyle to discover factors that are contributing to your body size.

Areas of wellness include your sleep, stress resilience, physical activity, work-life balance, & self-care.

Together, we will co-create weekly and monthly goals around your nutrition and your lifestyle that can have positive, long-lasting effects.

I'm ready! How do I get started?
  • Step 1:
    Schedule your first virtual or phone appointment.
  • Step 2:
    Complete a medical and diet questionnaire.
  • Step 3:
    Discuss your medical history, diet, supplements, lifestyle and challenges to losing weight. You will receive practical, easy to implement nutrition changes and meal ideas that are based on your food preferences. Wellness coaching is integrated into your session. Together, we will co-create realistic, bi-weekly goals that include both nutrition and lifestyle changes. (1 hr)
  • Step 4:
    Attend Bi-weekly virtual or phone coaching sessions to review your progress and modify nutrition and lifestyle goals. (30 min)
  • $180 - First Session - 1 hour session
  • $90 - Follow up sessions - 30 minutes
